I’ve just received a phone call from our estate agent who informs me he’s just taken a deposit off some people who actually want to live in our house! What’s more, they’re willing to pay the asking price, have no pets, and can move in as soon as we move out. It feels pretty good, and I do quite like it, when a plan comes together.
