What I didn't mention on Tuesday was that the passenger side tyre had been slashed and the wheel trim ripped off. I didn't mention it because I didn't realise at the time. After it had been fixed the local kids told me a name and said that he'd also urinated on it (no, before you ask, they didn't say urinated).

Today, as we set off to an extremely important function we had to attend, I actually collapsed as I realised that the drivers side had been scratched (horribly) and kicked (as evidenced by the muddy footprints). As I sat in the street Mr J tracked down the kids (sounds of footballs bouncing off the garages being a clue). I went after him to prevent murder, and we got names out of them - the same name as was given previously, along with another one.

I've called the police, and am hoping they call me back today as they said they would. It's now 4 hours since we discovered it, and I'm still shaking. They've also put out cigarettes on the white stripes, which almost hurts more. I think I'm over reacting, but tears aren't that far away, so I'm trying not to think about it. Just wanted to put this up to rant, really. And if anyone has any tips, please let me know!
