Office move wise, we have water and drains, a printer and a photocopier, a water cooler and a sink that works, but no coffee.
Kitchen refurbishment wise, we have no cooker, no gas, no hot water, no showers. Our kitchen is almost entirely in our dining room. On the plus side, I like the new floor.
