Can you manage my property? I ask only 4 things.
1. Will you respond to my questions and emails promptly and fully?
2. Will you respond to the tenant's requests for maintenance promptly?
3. Will you avoid using bad excuses for non-communication such as dodgy email systems?
4. Will you value both tenant and landlord as a customer and treat them as such?

If you can answer yes to 3 out of 4 of these questions, please contact me! If you can answer yes to 1 out of 4 of these questions, you're already doing better than our current estate agent.
