The BBCs post on the selection of the new world cup song is great, and you should read it. I particularly love this comment:
Even winger John Barnes, who had committed one of the worst pre-Vanilla Ice raps of all-time on Liverpool's 1988 Anfield Rap, came out looking respectable by rapping over the middle.Fantastic. Poor old Vanilla Ice. One of the worst pre-VI raps of all time is a pretty harsh endictment of his rapping! I liked that tune!
