Actually, reading this article, I start to like Cherie. Then I wondered what the pillow talk was like in the Bliar household - I mean, that's a pretty big argument to be having. Then, because I'm a cynic through and through, I wondered if her speech was written by his speechwriters to try and convince us that he wouldn't abuse the powers he's trying to get.
It's all about trust, really. Or the lack of it.

Spanish red silk velvet with polychrome silk, actually.

Nice one. Firm or fluffy?

It was fluffy. I like my pillows fluffy.
