My (little) sister has put an offer in on a house, and had it accepted. Now all of you living in the South should sit down about now, because what I'm about to tell you isn't pretty. Apparantly, in Derby, for just under £70,000 you can get a 3 bedroom detached house, where the second bedroom has doors out onto a balcony, yes that's balcony. I want to move north! When in the South East you live, jealous of those in more sensible places you will be.
